1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on digital course purchases, including the P.A.T.H to Success course. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the date of purchase, provided that you have completed less than 25% of the course content.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, both of the following conditions must be met:
- Time limit: Your refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of your original purchase date; and
- Course completion: You must have completed less than 25% of the course content at the time of your request, as measured by our course platform’s progress tracking.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- More than seven (7) calendar days have passed since the date of purchase;
- You have completed 25% or more of the course content, regardless of when the request is made;
- The purchase was made using a promotional code, gift enrollment, or scholarship where no payment was collected from you;
- The refund request results from a violation of our Terms of Service, including sharing account access or misusing course materials.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through our Contact page within the 7-day window. Please include:
- The full name and email address used at the time of purchase;
- Your order number or purchase receipt (if available);
- A brief description of the reason for your refund request (optional, but it helps us improve).
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Upon issuance of a refund, your access to the course and all associated materials will be revoked.

7. Merchandise Purchases
This Refund Policy applies to digital course purchases only. Physical merchandise purchased through our shop may be subject to separate return and refund terms provided at the time of purchase.
