A guided 4-part framework—Purpose, Ambition, Talent, and Hustle—that prepares individuals and their families for a successful reentry, before release day ever arrives.
When someone you love is preparing to return home from incarceration, the questions pile up fast. Will they find work? Will old patterns pull them back? How can you help without carrying it all yourself?
Most families are left to figure out reentry on their own—with no roadmap, no structure, and no one to guide the conversation. Hope alone isn’t a plan. And love, as powerful as it is, needs a framework to turn good intentions into lasting change.
P.A.T.H to Success walks your loved one through four connected pillars—each one building on the last—so they come home grounded, focused, equipped, and ready to act.
Rediscover the “why” that anchors everything else. Participants clarify their values, repair their sense of identity, and define who they are becoming—not who they were.
Turn purpose into direction. This pillar builds the disciplined, resilient mindset needed to set real goals, push past setbacks, and stay committed when the road gets hard.
Identify and sharpen marketable strengths. Participants take inventory of the skills they already have, uncover new ones, and learn how to present them with confidence.
Put it all into motion. This pillar delivers the practical tools—planning, work ethic, follow-through, and everyday execution—that turn a vision into a working life.
By the end of the program, participants—and the families supporting them—have concrete assets to carry into reentry.
P.A.T.H to Success isn’t theory from a textbook. Founder Damon Thrash developed this framework from real experience and has piloted the program twice with real participants—refining every lesson based on what actually works in the reentry journey.
Damon’s approach is faith-centered and unapologetically practical. He believes transformation starts in the heart, takes root in the mind, and proves itself in daily action. That conviction shapes every pillar of the P.A.T.H framework—meeting people where they are and walking with them toward who they’re called to become.
“Everyone deserves a real path home—one built on purpose, not just paperwork. This program exists so no one has to walk that road alone.”
— Damon Thrash, Founder

P.A.T.H to Success is designed for individuals preparing for reentry after incarceration—and for the families and loved ones who support them. Whether release is months away or has already happened, the framework helps build purpose, direction, skills, and daily habits for a lasting fresh start. Family members often enroll to work through the material alongside their loved one.
Direct online access depends on the facility’s technology policies, which vary widely. Many families enroll on behalf of their loved one and share the material through approved channels such as printed workbook pages, letters, and phone or visit conversations. The program is structured so a family member can guide their loved one through each pillar, and the full online experience is ready the moment they come home.
We want you to enroll with confidence. If the program isn’t the right fit, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll work with you on a resolution, including a refund where applicable. Full details are provided in the refund policy at checkout.
Enrollment includes ongoing access to all course materials, so participants can move at their own pace and revisit any pillar whenever they need it—before release, during the first months home, and beyond. Reentry isn’t a one-time event, and your access doesn’t expire the moment it begins.
