The P.A.T.H to Success Program

Help Your Loved One Return Home With a Plan—Not Just Hope.

A guided 4-part framework—Purpose, Ambition, Talent, and Hustle—that prepares individuals and their families for a successful reentry, before release day ever arrives.

We Understand

You Want Them to Come Home and Stay Home. But Where Do You Even Start?

When someone you love is preparing to return home from incarceration, the questions pile up fast. Will they find work? Will old patterns pull them back? How can you help without carrying it all yourself?

Most families are left to figure out reentry on their own—with no roadmap, no structure, and no one to guide the conversation. Hope alone isn’t a plan. And love, as powerful as it is, needs a framework to turn good intentions into lasting change.

  • No clear plan for day one. Release dates arrive faster than preparation does, and the first 90 days often decide everything.
  • Mindset gaps go unaddressed. Job leads and housing lists matter, but without purpose and identity work, old cycles repeat.
  • Families carry the weight alone. You want to help, but you’re not sure what conversations to have or what steps actually move the needle.
  • Generic programs fall short. One-size-fits-all reentry checklists ignore the heart, mind, and habits behind a true fresh start.

The Framework

Four Pillars. One Clear P.A.T.H.

P.A.T.H to Success walks your loved one through four connected pillars—each one building on the last—so they come home grounded, focused, equipped, and ready to act.

Purpose

Heart-set

Rediscover the “why” that anchors everything else. Participants clarify their values, repair their sense of identity, and define who they are becoming—not who they were.

Ambition

Mindset

Turn purpose into direction. This pillar builds the disciplined, resilient mindset needed to set real goals, push past setbacks, and stay committed when the road gets hard.

Talent

Skillset

Identify and sharpen marketable strengths. Participants take inventory of the skills they already have, uncover new ones, and learn how to present them with confidence.

Hustle

Toolset

Put it all into motion. This pillar delivers the practical tools—planning, work ethic, follow-through, and everyday execution—that turn a vision into a working life.

What You Walk Away With

Real Outcomes, Not Just Good Intentions

By the end of the program, participants—and the families supporting them—have concrete assets to carry into reentry.

  • A written personal reentry plan built around purpose, goals, skills, and daily action—ready before release day.
  • A clarified sense of identity and purpose that anchors decisions when pressure and old influences return.
  • Defined, realistic goals with milestones for the first 30, 60, and 90 days home.
  • A personal skills inventory that translates lived experience into strengths employers and communities value.
  • Practical execution tools—routines, planning habits, and accountability structures that keep momentum going.
  • A shared language for families so you can support your loved one with confidence instead of guesswork.

Meet the Founder

Built by Damon Thrash. Proven Where It Matters Most.

P.A.T.H to Success isn’t theory from a textbook. Founder Damon Thrash developed this framework from real experience and has piloted the program twice with real participants—refining every lesson based on what actually works in the reentry journey.

Damon’s approach is faith-centered and unapologetically practical. He believes transformation starts in the heart, takes root in the mind, and proves itself in daily action. That conviction shapes every pillar of the P.A.T.H framework—meeting people where they are and walking with them toward who they’re called to become.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers Before You Enroll

Who is the P.A.T.H to Success program for?

P.A.T.H to Success is designed for individuals preparing for reentry after incarceration—and for the families and loved ones who support them. Whether release is months away or has already happened, the framework helps build purpose, direction, skills, and daily habits for a lasting fresh start. Family members often enroll to work through the material alongside their loved one.

Can my loved one access the course while incarcerated?

Direct online access depends on the facility’s technology policies, which vary widely. Many families enroll on behalf of their loved one and share the material through approved channels such as printed workbook pages, letters, and phone or visit conversations. The program is structured so a family member can guide their loved one through each pillar, and the full online experience is ready the moment they come home.

What is the refund policy?

We want you to enroll with confidence. If the program isn’t the right fit, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll work with you on a resolution, including a refund where applicable. Full details are provided in the refund policy at checkout.

How long do we have access to the course?

Enrollment includes ongoing access to all course materials, so participants can move at their own pace and revisit any pillar whenever they need it—before release, during the first months home, and beyond. Reentry isn’t a one-time event, and your access doesn’t expire the moment it begins.

Is this a religious program?

P.A.T.H to Success is faith-centered in its foundation—founder Damon Thrash’s conviction that real change starts in the heart shapes the program’s spirit. At the same time, the curriculum is practical and welcoming to participants of all backgrounds. The goal-setting, skills, and execution tools stand on their own, and no specific religious practice is required to benefit from the program.
