The only probation-aligned, skill-based community service program designed for justice-impacted professionals.

You Have Court-Ordered Hours.
We Have a Better Way to Complete Them.

The C.O.P.s (Court-Ordered Professionals) Program is a structured, probation-aligned community service program designed specifically for justice-impacted individuals with college degrees, professional experience, or skilled trades who are required to complete 50 or more court-ordered community service hours.

We believe your hours should be meaningful. Instead of generic placements, we assign you skill-based work that leverages your professional background — so you contribute real value to your community while completing your obligations with dignity.

A Structured Path Forward

01 — Skill-Based

Skill-Based Assignments

We design projects that match your professional background — administrative, technical, civic, or fundraising work. Your expertise is an asset, not a liability.

02 — Confidential

Confidential & Dignified

Your court and probation status remain confidential and anonymous. No public disclosure. You are treated as the professional you are.

03 — Documented

Verified & Documented

Hours are earned through completion of assigned work. We provide verified tracking, supervisor confirmation, and official documentation for probation.

04 — Compliant

Supervised & Compliant

All work is structured and supervised. We coordinate directly with probation officers to ensure full compliance with your court order.

Do You Qualify?

The C.O.P.s Program is designed for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • 50 or more court-ordered community service hours remaining to complete

  • College degree, professional certification, or trade qualification — craftsmen, executives, entrepreneurs, and skilled professionals are all welcome

  • Committed to completing obligations through structured, accountable, skill-based work

  • Nonviolent, non-sex offenders with court-ordered community service requirements

Approved Completion Tracks

Participants complete court-ordered hours through pre-approved, structured pathways that align with their skills and experience:

Administrative & Office Support

Leveraging organizational, clerical, and operational skills in a professional setting.

Professional & Skill-Based Assignments

Technical, trade, or industry-specific work matched to your professional background.

Courthouse Outreach & Civic Engagement

Community-facing work that supports civic institutions and public service initiatives.

Fundraising & Donor Outreach

Supporting organizational development and community fundraising through professional engagement.

Why Choose C.O.P.s?

Many probation-supervised professionals are educated, skilled, and motivated — yet they are placed in generic community service settings that do not reflect their qualifications. C.O.P.s fills this gap.

Our program is the only one of its kind: a probation-aligned, skill-based community service program that assigns meaningful work under direct supervision, produces verifiable documentation, and supports successful compliance — all while preserving your dignity and professional identity.

Professionals perform best in professional environments. C.O.P.s gives you that environment.
