Testimonials
My brother was facing 35 years for a nonviolent drug charge in federal court. We reached out to Inc. to Inc. for mitigation and family prep services throughout his court proceedings. Their team met with my brother’s attorneys and put together a comprehensive mitigation plan that led to my brother being sentenced to just 9 years in federal prison. They kept us informed every step of the way, providing our family with peace of mind. Even the judge recognized that Inc. to Inc.’s work was the decisive factor in issuing a downward departure. If you or a family member has been arrested and things seem bleak, contact Inc. to Inc.
My son was facing 85 years for 8 drug offenses he was arrested for while he was in the throes of addiction. During his court proceedings, I spoke to his Public Defender and the State Attorney, but no one would give me an answer as to why he was facing so much time when no one was harmed. Shortly after, I was referred to Inc. to Inc., who educated me and put together a mitigation strategy. I met with the Prosecution and presented the Mitigation Portfolio to them. After review, they agreed to offer my son a 5-year sentence. My son went from facing 85 years to coming home next year with a plan for substance abuse treatment. Thank you, Inc. to Inc.
