By signing below, you agree to the following terms:
• Maintain an active license to practice law in your state.
• Adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information for client referrals.
• Pay the monthly fee of $150 or the annual fee of $1200 for participating in the Smart Justice Consulting network.
• Boomerang Clause: If you are unable to serve a client referred to you by Smart Justice Consulting, you agree to refer the client back to Smart Justice Consulting only.
• Logo Requirement: Provide your business logo to be displayed on the Smart Justice Consulting justice partner and referral page.
• Pro Bono Service: Provide pro bono service for one referred client of your choice annually.
• Contract Length: The length of the contract is one year.
