“Hustle Smarter Entresition (entrepreneur transition) Prep” is a fun, innovative hip-hop cultured course/competition that transitions former street hustlers (illegal entrepreneurs) into social entrepreneurs (legal entrepreneurs who do business for the good of their community)
Who is the most visible and accessible example of success for 2 out of 3 youths in impoverished communities?

C. The Church Pastor
D. The Rapper
E. The Street Hustler
The answer is (E)….The Street Hustler!!! Why, although illegal entrepreneurs he or she represents the first and in many cases the only accessible larger than life symbol of success in impoverished communities.
How do we change this? Via Hustle Smarter Entresition Prep.
Our goal is to transition 100 talented Street Hustlers into business savvy social entrepreneurs who empower and influence their communities via successful business ownership.
By combining personal and professional development that teaches self confidence, life skills, leadership training and how to apply transferable business skills to legal entrepreneurship to name a few. Participants acquire skills and discipline to perform essential business functions and become successful entrepreneurs and positive community influencers. Each participant must present a business model canvas coupled with a business concept and go to market strategy to graduate. Classroom lectures are supplemented with guests from the local community and visits to local businesses and nonprofit organizations.
EKWIP (Enlightening Kids With Incarcerated Parents)
EKWIP supports children with incarcerated parents through one-on-one mentorship, group activities, and educational resources. Our program fosters emotional support, personal growth, and resilience, helping kids break the cycle of intergenerational incarceration and build a brighter future.
P.A.T.H to Success:
P.A.T.H. to Success focuses on four key pillars: Purpose, Ambition, Talent and Hustle. This fun and innovative youth entrepreneurial prep course/competition teaches enterprising youth ages 10 – 17 the personal and professional development and business fundamentals needed to launch a successful H2O business.
Hustle 2 Own (H2O) - Youth Entrepreneurship Program
Hustle 2 Own (H2O) is an empowering youth entrepreneurship program designed to teach participants how to make their hustle flow like water. By mastering the fundamentals of business—branding, product development, customer service, promotion, and financials such as profit and loss (P&L)—young entrepreneurs learn to navigate and thrive in the business world. As participants build their businesses, they also build positive character, fostering integrity, resilience, and leadership skills. H2O equips them with the expertise needed to turn their passions into successful ventures, cultivating a generation of innovative and ethical business leaders. Join us and transform your hustle into a powerful, unstoppable force!
Block Business Outreach
An on the block community-based business/financial literacy Workshop that teaches residents of underserved and disenfranchised communities about simple business and financial fundamentals while connecting them to resources.
