Our founder, Damon Thrash, established Smart Justice Consulting after witnessing firsthand (he served 17 years in prison for a nonviolent offense) the challenges faced by justice-impacted individuals and families. With over 25 years of combined personal and professional experience in the criminal justice system, Damon was driven to provide expert support and make second chances a reality for deserving individuals and families.
